It depends on the treatment. Laser hair removal usually takes 6–8 sessions. Endospheres and LPG typically show visible improvement over a course of 6–12. We’ll give you a clear plan at your first visit.

For laser: shave (don’t wax) the area 24 hours before, skip the sun and self-tanner. For body treatments: come hydrated, avoid a heavy meal right before. We’ll send prep notes when you book.
